Return Policy:  Any damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Additional Insurance is the responsiblity of the purchaser.  Any Protector may be exchanged within 3 days with copy of original receipt.  There will be a 20% Restocking Fee for returned protectors or lids. Dresden’s Baskets & More does not exchange or give refunds for Longaberger merchandise, custom orders or seasonal items.  There are no refunds of shipping fees.  Dresden’s Baskets and More reserves the right to cancel any order without cause at any time.
